Local Delivery Service - $8-12

Our local delivery service is available every Wednesday and Sunday in Toronto $8, Markham $12, and Richmond Hill $12.

To receive the same week delivery, please place your order:

by Monday 8 a.m. for Wednesday delivery,

by Thursday 8 a.m. for Sunday delivery.

In the event of severe weather conditions, we will arrange an alternative delivery date. You will be notified as soon as possible of any changes made to your order due to weather delays.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery time but will always do our best to accommodate your request. Please send us an email before placing your order and we will confirm with you as soon as possible.

You will receive a text message with the estimated 1-hour delivery window one day prior to your delivery date.

UPS Ontario and Quebec - $15

We use UPS for areas not covered by the local delivery service. Please allow us 2 days to process your order. We only ship the packages on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure it does not sit in the UPS sorting facility over the weekend. Generally, it takes 1 to 2 business days* to ship your chocolates. We suggest you to place your order by Monday 8 a.m. to ensure the same week delivery.

*Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to track your package accordingly.

For delivery details for other provinces or territories in Canada, please email us to request a shipping quote prior to placing your order. International shipping is currently unavailable. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been submitted.

Refunds and Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns. At Monde du Chocolat, we take great pride in our work and ensure that all products leave the kitchen in perfect condition. We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the product you receive. If you do receive a damaged product, or are unsatisfied in any way with the product that you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will address any concerns immediately. We cannot be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your front door, for incorrect or incomplete addresses, delays caused by weather conditions, or any other acts beyond our control.
